Final FLEXIS Advisory Board Report – Now Available

Over the last five years, our consortium of strategic partners – Cardiff University, Swansea University, The University of South Wales, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and Tata Steel UK, has worked together to successfully develop and create a flexible and integrated energy systems research capability in Wales.

The ambitious 5 year, £24M WEFO funded project now approaches its final stages.

Generating over £25M in research income, recruiting 95 new researchers into Welsh universities and investing over £2.4M into research equipment and technology, are just some of the project’s highlights.
